For children in the EYFS age group, please complete the "EYFS all about me"

For children with additional needs please complete "SEND all about me" - ​

If your child requires medication whilst at club, please read our medication policy. We cannot accept unnamed or loose medication

Our clubs are funded by Essex Short breaks, all children with additional needs must have an Essex Short breaks Passport number to register with us.  Please click here to take you to the registration page, once on this page click continue, you will receive a confirmation number once your registration is complete, and then a Passport number shortly afterwards, this could take a few days.
